The Med-Pat RH-100A Rail Hugger telephone mounts on a compatible bedrail to keep the phone nearby and free up bedside-table space. Included adjustment blocks help adapt the mounting fit to supported rails.

Check your bedrail before ordering
The RH-100A supports select Hill-Rom and Stryker bedrails, as well as other rails with a compatible fit. A width within the adjustment range alone does not guarantee compatibility. Check the rail profile, clearance, and mounting instructions.
If you are unsure, contact us with your bed model, rail measurements, and photos before ordering. After installation, check that the mount is secure and that cords remain clear through the bed's full movement.

Will it fit every hospital or home-care bed?
No. Fit depends on rail width, shape, and clearance. The adjustment range is 3/4 inch to 1 1/4 inches. Confirm the specific bedrail before purchasing.
Is this a complete telephone or only a holder?
This listing is for the RH-100A telephone with a handset and rail-mounting base, not a standalone phone holder.
Can I use it on a bedside table?
Yes. The RH-100A supports tabletop placement as well as compatible bedrail mounting.
How do I adjust the listening volume?
Use the thumbwheel control for handset volume and the Volume Plus button for a boost up to 27.5 dB. CLEARING AID® circuitry supports speech clarity.
Does it need a landline?
It requires compatible analog telephone service. If you use a modem, adapter, or facility phone system, confirm that it supplies an analog telephone port. It does not connect directly to Ethernet as a SIP phone.
Is the keypad lighted?
Yes. It has a large lighted keypad. The ring/message indicator is a separate visual alert.
Does MicroBlock™ replace cleaning?
No. Surface protection does not replace cleaning or infection-control procedures and does not make the phone sterile. Follow the product care instructions.
