Ordering & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time generally ship the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You may also be able to view order updates through your customer account.

Do you ship to homes, businesses, and healthcare facilities?

Yes. We can ship to residential addresses, businesses, senior care locations, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare facilities. Please make sure the shipping address is complete and includes any department, suite, unit, or attention line needed for delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping may be available depending on the destination and product. Shipping options, costs, and availability are shown at checkout when applicable. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import requirements.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
