I received the MedPat Solutions Emergency Auto Dialer & Phone for testing purposes.This device seems very solid and well-built — it feels sturdy reliable and designed for emergency situations.Luckily I haven’t had an emergency to truly test it so I can’t fully evaluate its performance. However the concept is great and it gives peace of mind knowing it’s there in case of need.It’s a useful item to have at home especially for elderly family members or in areas with frequent power outages
Unfortunately I couldn’t test this product properly because I don’t have a landline phone connection at home. The concept of a one-button 911 emergency phone is great and could be very helpful for seniors or in families with kids but I wish there had been a mobile-compatible version as well. I was really looking forward to trying it and the packaging looks sturdy and easy to understand.
This is such a smart concept how many people still have home lines? I personally don’t and one time my cell phone wasn’t working so if an emergency happened I would have had no way to contact anyone. This phone automatically has 911 set up as the first button followed by three other ones that you can customize as important phone numbers to call in case of emergency as well. It’s also programmed to have a prerecording where you can record your address if in an emergency situation you couldn’t physically talk it would automatically read your address off to the 911 responder. Also great to have in the home if you have children without cell phones.
This phone is perfect for families with children or the elderly. I love having it just in case anything were to happen to my husband or I while home alone with our children. Our seven year old is capable of working this easy device. It was very simple to set up and the ease at which to input mine and my husbands numbers in the extra spaces made set up quick. We tested it out on our cell phones and the calls come in crystal clear which puts my mind to rest that if we ever needed to use it it would work perfectly.

It is powered by a landline so it still works during power outages but you will need to have a phone line installed if you don’t already have one. Love that this delivers fast direct contact with emergency services at the press of a single button. My mother is 70 and lives in a rural area with hit and miss cellular service. It gives me peace of mind knowing she has a way to get to emergency services if her cell phone signal is bad. It comes ready to use with minimal setup. Just plug it into a landline and it’s good to go. I like the bright red color so she is always aware it is there if she needs it. The first key dials 911 and the other 3 can be any number you want to program. You can change the first button if needed. You can record an announcement to speak your name and location of where the phone is incase you were not able to speak during an emergency so the emergency operators would still get your location from where the phone is. Excellent if there was ever a home invasion you could just pick it up and dial without speaking but leave the area from where the phone is. The handset has volume adjustment so the operator can hear clearly if there was loud noises during an emergency call. It also comes with 3 cords: short straight long straight and curled. Overall this gives me peace of mind knowing my family has quick access during an emergency. Thank you.
I’m so happy with this phone!!! I put it in a safe spot and my family knows they can easily get there and call 911 easily. We also preset neighbors to get here in a hurry.
