When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Do you offer international shipping?

Are your products FDA approved?

All of our at-home medical devices are FDA 510(k) cleared. Certification info is listed on each product page.

Which products are FSA or HSA eligible?

Eligible products are clearly marked on their product pages. These include many health and wellness items we carry.

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Please visit our Returns page for details.
